The IT Device Engineer will support UST’s enterprise device ecosystem by improving deployment workflows, enhancing self‑service provisioning, and ensuring a smooth end‑user device experience. This role is fully onsite in London and requires strong collaboration with engineering, operations, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance device deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Develop and test improvements for Self‑Service Provisioning.
  • Gather and interpret end‑user feedback via surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Collaborate with global technical and business teams on device engineering initiatives.
  • Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation for device and endpoint services.
  • Provide training and guidance to users across technical and non‑technical teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Hands‑on experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Experience managing large multi‑platform enterprise device fleets.
  • Strong working knowledge of Workspace ONE and/or Microsoft Intune.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing end‑user feedback.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Experience with Cursor AI and scripting for automation.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
