Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Asset Management and a passion for leveraging Data Analytics, Dashboarding, and AI-powered tools to drive business insights and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess deep domain expertise in Asset Management, strong analytical and data visualization skills, hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Snowflake, and the ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

The candidate should be comfortable working in AI-enabled environments using tools such as Cortex Code, Microsoft Copilot, Chat GPT, and other Gen AI solutions as part of their daily workflow.

This role requires a blend of Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Reporting, Stakeholder Management, and Technical BA capabilities to support strategic initiatives and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for business reporting.
  • Work closely with data, engineering, and technology teams to support reporting and analytics initiatives.
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and support UAT activities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement review sessions.

Leverage AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Cortex Code, Chat GPT, and similar platforms to improve analysis, documentation, reporting, and productivity.

  • Support Agile delivery teams and contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution discussions.
  • Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Asset Management or Investment Management domain.

  • Strong understanding of Asset Management business processes and data.
  • Experience working with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Exposure to data platforms, analytics ecosystems, and reporting technologies.
  • Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Strong requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Exposure to data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and analytical reporting concepts.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technology teams.

Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with Snowflake and modern cloud-based data platforms.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled tools and workflows.
  • Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics and reporting tools.

Experience working on data modernization, reporting, or analytics transformation initiatives.

Nice to Have

Professional certifications related to Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Financial Services.
