Location: London | Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

This role is suited for candidates with a strong background in enterprise account management, operational governance, and large-scale delivery management across onsite and offshore teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing strategic enterprise accounts and client relationships
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience driving delivery performance and customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage complex delivery environments and coordinate global teams
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience within IT services, consulting, outsourcing, or digital transformation organizations

Key Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Account / Engagement Management
  • Background in Managed Services and capacity-based delivery models
  • Experience managing onsite–offshore delivery teams
  • Ownership of SLAs, KPIs, delivery governance, and operational performance
  • Proven revenue and P&L management experience ($10M+ portfolio)
  • Strong stakeholder and executive client engagement skills
  • Experience with programme governance and resource optimization
  • Ability to work in Agile and fast-paced environments

Nice to Have:

  • Experience within banking, financial services, insurance, telecom, or other regulated industries
  • Exposure to global delivery models and large-scale programmes
