We're looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our growing Finance Systems team and play a key role in transforming how finance technology supports the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced BA with strong finance process expertise to partner with stakeholders, influence system improvements, and drive meaningful change across a modernising technology landscape.

What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with Finance and Technology teams to understand challenges, define requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into clear functional solutions.
- Analyse financial processes, systems, and data flows to recommend sustainable and cost-effective enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with development and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Produce high-quality documentation, business cases, process maps, user stories, and requirements artefacts.
- Support transformation initiatives across a portfolio of finance applications and services.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Finance, Financial Systems, or Finance Transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Reporting, and Financial Controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence senior business leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.
- Experience working in Agile environments and writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials or other enterprise finance platforms would be highly advantageous.
