Role: Senior Business Analyst – Finance Systems Type of employment : Fixed Term Contract for 12 months We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key leadership role within our client's Finance Systems and Transformation team . As a senior member of the team, you will drive complex initiatives , influence business decisions, and shape the future of finance platforms and processes across the organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in transformation environments and is passionate about delivering strategic change. Lead the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle across complex finance system initiatives Translate business strategy into scalable, high-quality functional and technical requirements Mentor and support junior Business Analysts, promoting best practices and consistency Evaluate solution options (process, system, and data) and provide strategic recommendations Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and delivery teams in Agile environments Ensure alignment between business priorities and technology delivery Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across transformation programmes. Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst within complex environments Strong domain expertise in finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash) Proven track record delivering finance transformation / ERP programmes Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials or similar ERP platforms Knowledge of data modelling, reporting, and analytics tools
