We’re Hiring: Senior Data Architect | SAP Business Data Cloud & Databricks
Contract: Contract inside IR 35/ Fixed term contract
Duration: Initial 8 weeks, with potential extensions
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect to lead the architecture and design of a strategic data transformation pilot, migrating analytics integrations from SAP Data Intelligence (SAP DI) to SAP Business Data Cloud (SAP BDC) and integrating with a modern Databricks-based analytics platform.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong Data/Solution Architecture experience
- Expertise in SAP data ecosystems and SAP integration architecture
- Experience with SAP BDC and/or SAP Data Intelligence highly desirable
- Strong Databricks, Data Lakehouse & Medallion Architecture knowledge
- Enterprise data modelling and large-scale data integration experience
- Understanding of APIs, ingestion frameworks and event-driven architectures
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, privacy and compliance
- Ability to lead architecture decisions and engage with senior technical and business stakeholders
