We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Security Project Manager to lead a portfolio of global cyber security initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused project manager with a strong background in Cyber Security and Identity & Access Management (IAM), who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience managing multiple concurrent projects across global teams.
You will play a key role in driving security transformation programmes, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and deliver multiple global cyber security and technology projects simultaneously.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through to implementation and handover.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation, and status reporting.
- Partner with business, technology, security, and external stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
- Facilitate project governance, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Drive decision-making and remove delivery roadblocks to maintain programme momentum.
- Coordinate security assessments and governance activities to ensure readiness for production deployment.
- Monitor project health and provide clear reporting and dashboard updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure delivery aligns with organisational standards, compliance requirements, and security best practices.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience delivering complex technology or business transformation projects.
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience leading Cyber Security or Information Security projects.
- Strong experience managing Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives and lifecycle processes.
- Experience delivering large-scale global migration or transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, Risk, Governance, and Compliance.
- Experience managing projects across geographically dispersed and global teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Agile delivery methodologies.
