IT Device Engineer – UST
Location: London
Employment Type: 6‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract
Work Model: Onsite
Overview
The IT Device Engineer will support UST’s enterprise device ecosystem by improving deployment workflows, enhancing self‑service provisioning, and ensuring a smooth end‑user device experience. This role is fully onsite in London and requires strong collaboration with engineering, operations, and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance device deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management processes.
- Develop and test improvements for Self‑Service Provisioning.
- Gather and interpret end‑user feedback via surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Collaborate with global technical and business teams on device engineering initiatives.
- Maintain and update knowledge base and documentation for device and endpoint services.
- Provide training and guidance to users across technical and non‑technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Hands‑on experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Experience managing large multi‑platform enterprise device fleets.
- Strong working knowledge of Workspace ONE and/or Microsoft Intune.
- Experience collecting and analyzing end‑user feedback.
- Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with Cursor AI and scripting for automation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
