Overview
iOS Developer (Swift / SwiftUI) (Specialist I – Software Engineering) role at UST. Leicestershire (Hybrid options may be discussed). 6 Month Fixed Term.
Role Description
- Design and develop high-performing iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
- Work within the Apple ecosystem and leverage Xcode IDE effectively.
- Optimise app performance and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Implement automated testing (unit and UI) using the XCTest framework to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprints and ceremonies.
- Support CI/CD pipelines with Git and Azure DevOps.
- Integrate and manage RESTful APIs to ensure smooth data flow.
- Deliver applications that meet accessibility standards and enhance user inclusivity.
- Work with deeplinking, universal links, and custom URLs to support marketing initiatives.
