UST announces an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in Eastern and Central Europe. The role involves identifying and capitalizing on emerging business opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth within the dynamic Eastern and Central European markets. Required skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT sales
  • Experience working with enterprise clients
  • Experience in sales of Web and Mobile Development
  • Proven experience in handling tenders and RFP processes
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good presentation, analytical, and research skills
  • Result-oriented person with a high level of self-organization
  • Self-motivated to generate and exploit new opportunities
  • Ability to plan your own work and work independently
  • English level — Upper-intermediate at least

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in selling complex enterprise solutions like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivated relationships with potential clients to build rapport and schedule meetings
  • Collaborating with leads generated through lead generation, inbound marketing efforts, and warm networking
  • Identifying and expanding into new markets while enhancing overall sales performance
  • Participating in conferences, meetings, and industry events to stay informed about market trends
  • Crafting proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients
  • Collect and analyze initial requirements from customers to facilitate the sales process
  • Managing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to respond to client inquiries effectively
  • Utilizing the CRM system to streamline and organize customer interactions and data
  • Compiling and presenting monthly reports to track and assess sales performance
