You Are: As an Industry SME Senior Client Partner you will be responsible for leading strategic client relationships and driving business growth within the Insurance domain. You will act as a trusted advisor to C‑suite executives, delivering technology‑led transformation and digital innovation across capital markets clients.

The Opportunity:

  • Collaborate with delivery and solution teams to ensure excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide industry insights on evolving trends such as insurtech, AI‑driven underwriting, claims automation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage strategic accounts across Life, Health, and P&C insurance.
  • Drive adoption of AI and automation for efficiency and risk reduction.
  • Lead digital initiatives using data, analytics, and ML models.

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in Insurance / IT services or consulting.
  • Proven success in strategic account management and client relationship leadership.
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations, digital transformation, and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep Insurance domain expertise across Life, Health, and P&C segments.
