We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Program Manager to lead the successful transition and steady-state delivery of multiple infrastructure towers under this engagement. The individual will be responsible for managing key delivery functions, leading large technical teams, ensuring SLA compliance, driving stakeholder satisfaction, and collaborating with both onsite and offshore teams.

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned infrastructure service towers across the program.
  • Ensure seamless handover to operations and establish steady-state delivery governance.
  • Lead and manage large cross-functional teams, both onsite and offshore.
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as the key delivery point of contact.
  • Define and track SLAs, KPIs, and ensure timely reporting and performance reviews.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage delivery risks, escalations, and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, security policies, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with other internal delivery leads across data center, cloud, network, EUC, service desk, and application teams.

Willingness to work onsite with flexibility for hybrid working where applicable. Occasional travel may be required within the UK or to offshore locations.

Minimum 15 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Delivery and Program Management.

Proven experience in transition and steady-state delivery of managed services engagements.

Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, service management frameworks, and SLA governance.

Experience working in complex, multi-vendor environments with onsite-offshore delivery models.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

Demonstrated capability in risk management, issue resolution, and decision-making under pressure.

Experience in financial services or asset management domain is a plus.

Bonus: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. PMP / PRINCE2 / ITIL v4 certifications are highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
