We are seeking a Governance Architect – AI & Data to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade governance frameworks across data and AI platforms. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, trust, and auditability, particularly for highly regulated environments. You will play a pivotal role in shaping governance strategies that enable innovation while maintaining stringent regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement enterprise data governance frameworks
- Establish data lineage, cataloguing, and ownership models
- Design and manage data contracts and service-level objectives (SLOs)
- Build and enforce data quality frameworks across platforms
- Develop and operationalise AI governance frameworks
- Implement controls for:
- Model explainability and traceability
- Bias detection and mitigation
- Ensure governance across AI lifecycle and outcomes
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR, financial data controls)
- Design audit-ready data pipelines and AI outputs
- Define and enforce enterprise controls including:
- Role-Based / Attribute-Based Access Control (RBAC/ABAC)
- Data masking and PII protection
- Establish validation frameworks across both data pipelines and AI systems
- Define governance standards for data integrity and model output
