We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Architect to join our growing practice at UST. This is a leadership role that will see you play a critical part in winning new business and shaping global ERP architectures and delivering integrated, high-impact Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across key industry verticals.
The Role:
- Lead PreSales engagements with prospects including demonstrations of functionality and input into plans, estimates and approaches to projects.
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to account teams in deal shaping and overall solution estimation.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, manage deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure quality delivery.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Dynamics methodology and the development of teams and processes for Dynamics in the UK & Europe.
- Establish and implement global ERP architecture strategies by integrating cross-functional solutions.
- Recommend appropriate Dynamics 365 modules, apps, and relevant industry-specific ISV solutions.
- Define and validate KPIs to measure business and operational success of the ERP implementation.
- Act as a liaison between end-users, client IT teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party partners.
- Stay current through ongoing learning, networking, and involvement in professional organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional design and delivery teams to ensure an optimal client experience.
- Serve as a mentor to functional consultants, helping build delivery capability across the practice.
- Be open to travel as required based on project demands.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O.
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Integration, or Security.
- Demonstrated experience in ERP solution architecture, enterprise integration, and program leadership.
- Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field.
- MBA with specialization in Finance or Operations is highly desirable.
- Experience leading full lifecycle D365 F&O implementations across global client engagements.
