End User Support Analyst (Associate III – Cloud Infrastructure Services)
Location: Chichester, West Sussex. Full time, 5 days in the office.
About The Role
Hands‑on onsite support for IT operations, end‑user device uptime, application access, and smooth IT operations. Serve as the face of IT for local employees, managing incidents, requests, and onsite technical issues, while maintaining adherence to security, compliance, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain IT devices (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, Teams Rooms, AV systems, Wi‑Fi APs).
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application‑related issues.
- Support M365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and related productivity tools.
- Perform IMAC/D (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes/Deletions) and break‑fix support.
- Deliver onboarding/offboarding support for end users.
- Provide VIP and executive support ensuring confidentiality and responsiveness.
- Support VDI environments (AWS Workspaces, Azure Virtual Desktop).
- Apply OS updates, security patches, and manage endpoint vulnerability remediation.
- Assist in software packaging and deployments.
- Support network connectivity, Wi‑Fi troubleshooting, and conference room technology.
Technical Skills
- Strong Windows/macOS troubleshooting skills.
- Familiar with Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and Exchange Online.
- Knowledge of networking (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, Cisco Meraki).
- Experience in supporting AV/VC systems (Teams Rooms, Crestron, Polycom).
- Understanding of AWS/Azure desktop virtualization.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and customer engagement.
- Professional handling of executive support scenarios.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Quality focused with strong documentation discipline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
