We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled End User Services Specialist to join our IT team in London. In this hands-on role, you\’ll provide high-quality support to employees, manage end-user devices, resolve IT issues, and drive continuous improvement across our technology services.
The Role
- Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage the full hardware lifecycle – from procurement to secure disposal.
- Support incidents, service requests, and critical IT issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Install and troubleshoot software (Microsoft 365, security tools, remote access, etc.).
- Maintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with standards.
- Deliver on-site and walk-in support through Tech Bars and floor walks.
- Support collaboration tools and meeting room tech (Zoom, Teams, Webex).
- Identify automation opportunities and contribute to service improvements.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and operational reports.
- Handle IT onboarding/offboarding and user access provisioning.
- Promote IT best practices and digital adoption among employees.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 3–5 years\’ experience in End User Support, IT Helpdesk, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, AD, Intune/SCCM.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Working understanding of ITIL processes.
- Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting A/V tech and collaboration platforms.
Preferred Certifications
- ITIL Foundation
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- CompTIA A+ / Network+
- Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python) are a plus
