We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a long-term enterprise retail transformation program for a leading international health and beauty retailer.
Location: Nottingham, UK
Work mode: Hybrid (3 days/week from the office)
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management within complex IT environments
- Experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Experience working with distributed teams across onshore and offshore locations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leadership
- Ability to influence stakeholders and secure funding for strategic initiatives
- Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies, governance, and processes
- Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, PMP/APMP, or equivalent
- Previous experience within the retail industry is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of business processes within retail environments
Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of complex IT projects from initiation through deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across business and technology stakeholders
- Manage project scope, risks, timelines, budget, and dependencies
- Drive effective communication between onshore and offshore teams
- Ensure delivery quality and adherence to governance standards
