As a Data Entry Associate, you’ll work under ongoing guidance to accurately process a high volume of document transactions, including classification, data extraction, and system updates. The Role:
- Review and classify incoming documents
- Extract and verify data from documents and input it into internal systems
- Cross-check data captured via OCR (Optical Character Recognition) tools
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely task turnaround
- Prioritise workload to process up to 120 documents per day while meeting SLAs
- Maintain high accuracy and compliance with client processes and SOPs
- Escalate issues and seek guidance when needed to ensure productivity and efficiency
