We are looking for a skilled End User Computing Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Intune to join our IT team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing our end-user computing environment, ensuring secure device management, application deployment, and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, deploy, and manage Windows endpoints via Intune and SCCM/MECM.
  • Implement compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain application packages for Intune and SCCM deployment.
  • Manage OS updates, patch cycles, and endpoint security baselines.
  • Support Azure AD join, conditional access policies, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Assist with Azure-based endpoint security and Microsoft 365 integration.
  • Monitor end-user experience using tools like Nexthink.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for escalated endpoint issues.
  • Automate routine tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
  • Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure, security, and service desk teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • Core Expertise: Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM), SCCM/MECM administration, Windows OS deployment.
