A strong Client Partner (Sales) responsible for leading strategic client relationships and driving business growth within the Insurance sector.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client executives, enabling digital transformation and technology-led innovation across life, health, and property & casualty (P&C) insurance segments.
- Drive business development across digital, data, cloud, and platform modernization initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and client success.
- Provide industry insights on evolving trends such as insurtech, AI-driven underwriting, claims automation, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage strategic accounts across Life, Health, and P&C insurance.
- Drive adoption of AI and automation for efficiency and risk reduction.
- Lead digital initiatives using data, analytics, and ML models.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- ~12-18 years of experience in Insurance / IT services or consulting with a particular focus on business development.
- Proven success in strategic account management and client relationship leadership.
- Strong understanding of insurance operations, digital transformation, and regulatory landscape.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
