  • Assess multiple existing systems performing similar tasks to evaluate potential consolidation

We are recruiting for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Pensions industry, large-scale data and system migration, and applications & systems analysis. This role requires a solid technical background and the ability to work closely with IT & technology stakeholders.

Location: London – Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite and 3 days remote, * Strong analytical skills in business process analysis, applications, and systems.

  • Pensions domain expertise – Experience in occupational pensions, implementation, data, or systems is highly desirable.

  • Technical background – Comfortable working with IT & technology stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working with software engineering teams.

  • Excellent communication skills – Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.

  • Operational resilience experience – Ability to review and assess technical & operational performance.
