Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear functional and operational requirements.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation for systems, processes, and workflows.
- Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to assess alternative approaches, including process changes and system enhancements, providing balanced and cost-effective recommendations.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with finance and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication, engagement, and delivery.
What you will bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong expertise in finance-related processes and systems.
