Are you a data-driven problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment? We\’re looking for an Agile Business Analyst to join our Global Data Solutions team, driving the delivery of high-impact data initiatives that enable smarter, faster decisions across our organisation.
As a Business Analyst, you\’ll work closely with business and technology stakeholders collaborating with developers, testers, and product teams to shape solutions that deliver real business value. You\’ll be hands-on throughout the full software development lifecycle, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and excellence in delivery.
The Role
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple projects to define, refine, and deliver data-driven solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and analysis sessions to uncover insights and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with technical teams to ensure data is sourced, structured, and delivered effectively across systems.
- Support testing, validation, and user training to ensure solutions meet expectations and drive measurable value.
What You\\\’ll Bring
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst within data-focused or Agile delivery environments.
- Understanding of wealth management products, services, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience analysing large and complex datasets – with proficiency in SQL and tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of ETL processes, data governance, and modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS).
