Senior Product Owner – Clinical Trials & Life Sciences

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner with proven experience in Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, or CRO environments to lead the delivery of innovative digital products.
You will define product strategy, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and work closely with business, clinical, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Experience with clinical research platforms, healthcare technology, AI/Generative AI, and Agile delivery is highly desirable.
What you will bring:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Product Management/ Product Ownership.
- Mandatory experience in Clinical Trials, Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or CRO organisations.
- Strong product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience delivering digital products in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to translate business and customer needs into scalable product solutions.
- Understanding of AI, Generative AI, analytics, and modern digital product ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, Patient Engagement, Research, or Regulatory platforms.
- Exposure to digital transformation and data-driven product initiatives.
