Automation & Observability Engineer
London – Hybrid/on-site depending on business needs
We\’re hiring an Automation & Observability Engineer to help shape the future of how we see, understand, and respond to our technology landscape. Based in London, this role is your opportunity to take ownership of enterprise-grade monitoring and visibility tools that power performance, reliability, and security across the organization.

The Role
- Architect & Manage Observability Platforms
- Design and maintain robust frameworks using LogicMonitor, BigPanda, ServiceNow, and NiFi
- Drive log analytics and security monitoring with Azure Log Analytics and Azure Sentinel
- Build stunning dashboards with Grafana, Splunk, KQL, and tools like Loki, Alloy, and Thanos
- Enable full-stack observability for AKS and complex infrastructure deployments
- Streamline monitoring workflows via GitHub Actions, PowerShell, and API Management
- Partner with DevOps and platform teams to close the gap between data and action
What You Bring
- Hands-on expertise in:
- LogicMonitor, BigPanda, NiFi, ServiceNow
- Azure Log Analytics, Azure Sentinel, KQL, Grafana Suite (Beyla, Alloy, Loki, etc.), Splunk, AKS, GitHub, PowerShell, API Management
