Role Description UST is recruiting for a Delivery Lead to join our client team in Horsham. The key role is to plan and manage the delivery of approved products using agile techniques and frameworks to ensure delivery of high-quality products and user experience. Location Horsham Join Immediate Hybrid Working model 3 days’ work from the client office Applicants must have the necessary legal right to work in the location without sponsorship. Who We Are Looking For Experience with Data products is beneficial Act as Scrum Master in allocated product delivery teams, providing coaching to develop agile behaviors, encourage productivity, and facilitate an environment that enables effective delivery and embeds Agile practices into product and service delivery Lead and manage delivery teams to successfully deliver all key milestones and product outcomes within scope, on time, on budget, and to expected standards Manage and develop stakeholder relationships, including steering committees, through effective communication, documentation, negotiation, and issues management to ensure delivery of products and benefits Report and escalate issues such as variances and manage delivery by exception to ensure issues are understood and resolved Develop strategies for continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement of product delivery, including analysis of customer feedback, facilitation of agile ceremonies, artefact production, and risk mitigation Support governance activities to ensure transparent and organized delivery of products Required Skills Excellent communication skills Minimum 10+ years of experience in delivery management Proficient in managing time and resources Detail-oriented Ability to develop detailed project plans and schedules Proven leadership skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Capable of managing crises effectively Adept at internal and external negotiations If you\’re excited about leading data management projects and helping teams achieve successful delivery using Agile practices, we’d love to hear from you!
