KEY EXPECTATIONSProvide expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite, with deep expertise and experience with Absence & Time TrackingLead the following as a member of a deployment team, or coach others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clientsWork with confidential client/data conversion team to help convert legacy data into WorkdayAssist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutionsMentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model as well as coach others on product knowledgeCommunicate clearly and concisely.
Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projectsWork with team members to address complex tasks/requirements when other team members need supportFacilitate clients intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practicesMaintain clients ongoing satisfaction, ensuring Intecrowd is referenceable and referable once in productionProvide regular status reports to the project managers keeping them apprised of overall project statusInnovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectivelyMaintain Workday certifications and qualificationsEnsure functional solutions are compatible with downstream data translation (assist integrators in configuring/testing integrations between Workday and external systems)Demonstrate computational thinking.
