Proven track record driving engineering best practices, DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and code quality.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to platform standards and technical strategy.
Financial Services or Asset Management experience is highly desirable.
