Overview
In this contract/Fixed-Term role, you will lead Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management implementations and AMS support for enterprise clients. You’ll design, configure, and deploy solutions while guiding the full project lifecycle and managing deliverables and stakeholders. You will mentor junior consultants and share best practices within the Workday ecosystem. This position offers a chance to shape global Workday solutions and work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Time Tracking and Absence Management solutions across implementation and support engagements
- Participate in discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support
- Gather requirements, provide functional expertise, and recommend best-practice Workday solutions
- Manage deliverables, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations
- Troubleshoot issues and drive resolution activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development
- Represent UST in the Workday ecosystem and promote best practices
- Facilitate workshops, presentations and stakeholder discussions with confidence
Key requirements
- Minimum 6 years of Hands-on Workday experience
- At least 3+ years focused on Time Tracking, Absence Management, Payroll, or related HCM modules
- Current or previous Workday Certification in one or more HCM modules
- Proven experience delivering Workday projects through the full lifecycle
- Strong configuration expertise within Time Tracking and Absence Management
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and consulting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced client-facing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
