Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Architect to lead the design and delivery of modern, scalable data platforms across hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and advanced technologies such as Snowflake and Databricks. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in large-scale data migration, along with experience in building and modernising both greenfield and brownfield data and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement enterprise data architecture aligned with business and technology strategy
- Lead large-scale data migration and legacy modernisation initiatives
- Architect and deliver data engineering, analytics, and AI-driven solutions
- Design solutions leveraging hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
- Drive solutioning and pre-sales activities including RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
- Build and scale data practice capabilities and delivery frameworks
- Provide strategic guidance on cloud adoption, data strategy, governance, and advanced analytics
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, and analytics
- Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, and GCP environments
- Proven experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
- Experience delivering greenfield and brownfield data platform implementations
- Strong track record in pre-sales and solutioning (RFIs, RFPs, client engagement)
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML within data ecosystems
- Experience building, leading, and mentoring data teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
