This individual will act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders, enterprise architecture teams, and distributed engineering pods, driving the design and delivery of an AI-first platform ecosystem.The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise across data, integration, cloud, and AI with strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to influence enterprise-wide technology decisions.Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Lead architecture, solution design, and technical governance across the replatforming program.Define and drive the target-state architecture spanning data, integration, AI, and customer platforms.Establish engineering standards, delivery practices, and architectural guardrails.Ensure alignment between business outcomes, technology strategy, and delivery execution.Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary technical point of contact for business and technology stakeholders.Facilitate workshops, architecture reviews, and solution discussions.Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Build trusted relationships across product, architecture, operations, and engineering teams.Platform & Solution Oversight Provide oversight across strategic platforms including:TemenosBackbaseSalesforceSnowflakeAWS Cloud ServicesDrive integration patterns and enterprise API strategies.Ensure secure, scalable, and resilient solution design.AI-First Engineering Champion AI-first software delivery practices.Drive adoption of GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation capabilities across the SDLC.Identify opportunities to leverage AI for productivity, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences.Delivery Leadership Lead distributed and cross-functional delivery pods.Mentor engineers and architects across nearshore and offshore teams.Support estimation, roadmap planning, and delivery governance.Ensure successful execution against program milestones and objectives.
