Main Purpose of the Role
- Deliver outstanding teaching and learning across our Financial and Professional Service department, engaging students from Level 1 to Level 4.
- Support the academic and pastoral development of learners, ensuring they are ready to learn and thrive.
- Contribute to curriculum development, innovation, and the wider life of the College.

Qualifications
- Qualified to degree level in relevant subject or similar.
- Expert in subject area, with strong understanding of progression pathways and enrichment opportunities.
- Enthusiastic about teaching, with effective strategies to support learners at Levels 1-3 (and Level 4 where appropriate).
- Confident in using digital tools to engage learners and enhance teaching.
- Able to balance academic rigor with encouragement and support, motivating students to achieve their full potential.

- Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE / Cert Ed).
- Professional or industry experience to enrich classroom teaching.
