With our record-breaking sales figures and mighty growth plans, there has never been a better time to join USN! We are looking for an Operations Assistant (Online) to join our Online Team. Our ideal candidate will align to our values of One Team, Accountability, Ambition and Passion; they are at the heart of how we do business, and the Operations Assistant (Online) will drive performance through our values in line with our strategic goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities within Online Operations, Amazon and D2C, contributing to exceptional performance and service delivery. You will:
- Process purchase orders for customers on their platform e.g., Vendor Central, checking stock availability and advising which products are either in stock or out of stock.
- Provide updates on out of stocks and availability.
- Assist with inventory in the D2C fulfilment centre as well as systematic movements on Acumatica.
- Liaise and provide information to the Accounts team.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers by using all tracking tools and any information gathering that is required.
- Updating price lists and closing orders on Acumatica.
- Process customer refunds and stock reconciliations.
- Ensure the customer receives an exceptional experience and repeat business.
- Ensure the troubleshooting of processes and procedures to improve the customer experience.
- Ensure invoicing is up to date and complete for daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
- Investigate and dispute chargebacks and shortages within Vendor Central and Shopify.
- Produce monthly reports for D2C and Amazon platforms.
- Respond efficiently to customer complaints and solve problems which can include refunds and replacement orders.
- Reporting to the wider business regarding out of stock issues for Amazon.
- Create credits for refunds and returns.
- Challenge the systems and really 'think outside the box' whilst bringing ideas to the table.
Our ideal candidate will be extremely efficient, organised and have a proactive approach to problem solving as well as ensure that challenging deadlines are met. Experience of working in an office-based customer service environment is essential. Whilst not essential, experience of accounting software would be an advantage. You will be an excellent communicator and extremely well organised along with a strong eye for detail.
