    • Asbestos Awareness
    • COSHH Awareness (These courses can be completed online within one day if not already held.)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Work issued as jobs come in
  • Flexible working around your own schedule
  • Contractor must be able to complete approximately 3–4 jobs per week depending on the size of works required

Payment Terms:

  • Payment terms are 30 days from completion of each job
  • Full payment will be processed once before, during and after photos are submitted showing all works completed to standard

Pricing:

  • All works are coded and priced in line with Council Maintenance SOR coding
