The Opportunity
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager with strong Scrum Master expertise to help our cross-functional teams thrive. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about agile delivery, building empowered teams, and fostering a people-first culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to remove blockers, guide agile best practices, and ensure seamless, high-quality product delivery. Just as importantly, you’ll coach, mentor, and support the growth of the people on your team—creating space for them to do their best work.

What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Engineering Manager in a SaaS or product-led environment
- Experience mentoring and supporting engineers at various stages of their careers
- A strong foundation in agile principles with a practical, outcome-focused approach
- A background in engineering or technical leadership is a plus
- Commitment to psychological safety and inclusive team dynamics
- Clear and thoughtful communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Enthusiasm for building high-performing, diverse, and collaborative teams
- A data-informed mindset with a drive to balance delivery and team wellbeing
- Ability to guide teams through change with empathy, clarity, and energy
