The Opportunity
We\’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Specialist to join our global Finance team. In this role, you’ll manage and support payroll administration across our EMEA region—primarily focusing on the UK and Germany—with additional support for Spain, France, and the US.
You\’ll be at the heart of ensuring our team members are paid accurately and on time, while contributing to continual process improvement, compliance, and collaboration across departments.
The Team
You’ll be part of our international Finance team, working closely with HR, external payroll providers, and business partners across multiple regions. While this role is UK-based, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across EMEA and the US, all united by a shared mission to streamline and scale our global payroll operations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with deep expertise in payroll and a passion for getting the details right. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Extensive experience in global payroll, with a strong emphasis on UK payroll
- Familiarity with payroll processes in Germany, France, and Spain (US is a plus!)
- Solid understanding of UK statutory payroll regulations
- Experience using in-house UK payroll systems
- Comfortable working with third-party payroll providers
- Advanced Excel skills to manage, analyze, and reconcile data
- A keen eye for detail and a drive to spot and correct inconsistencies
- A professional and discreet approach to handling confidential data
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset with a desire to simplify and improve processes
