The Opportunity: We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our Expand team. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding relationships within our most valuable accounts. In this highly autonomous, quota‑carrying role, you’ll own a £3M–£5M book of business, shaping and executing strategic territory plans. You’re not just a closer—you’re a cross‑functional orchestrator, growth‑minded farmer, and trusted customer partner. The Team: You’ll join a high‑performing Enterprise Sales team focused on retaining and expanding strategic relationships with global customers. You’ll partner closely with CSMs, Renewal Managers, and our Solutions team to deliver customer outcomes and identify growth opportunities. This is an individual contributor role with big scope, reporting into our Regional VP of Sales.
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally in martech or adjacent sectors
- A proven track record of expanding high‑value accounts with multi‑year contract wins
- Experience managing complex, enterprise‑wide sales cycles across matrixed organizations
- Confident in using MEDDPICC (or equivalent methodologies) to qualify and close deals
- Strong operational discipline in forecasting, planning, and execution
- Ability to lead cross‑functional account strategies and drive coordinated outcomes
- Proven success influencing and partnering with C‑level stakeholders
- Strong communicator and storyteller, skilled at articulating customer value
- Self‑starter mindset with a high degree of ownership and accountability
- Collaborative approach with a passion for long‑term customer partnerships
