Userled is looking for a Video Specialist to build and own our entire video strategy as we scale to 1,000+ customers. We’ve 10x’d our ARR this year after raising a £4M seed round and partnered with iconic clients (e.g., Canva, Pigment). This is a rare opportunity in a startup – we’re strong believers that video is one of the most powerful ways to tell our story, attract top-tier clients, and talents. You’ll be our go-to person to bring that vision to life.
What You’ll Do
- Create high-impact videos across the funnel – from product demos and feature launches to brand videos, customer stories, and recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Talent teams to identify where video can improve conversion, clarity, or storytelling – and bring it to life.
- Build a scalable video library of assets that can be reused across channels (website, social, email, outbound).
- Own the end-to-end process – from scripting and shooting to editing and publishing.
- Measure performance and iterate on creative formats that drive engagement and results.

- Experience in B2B SaaS or Growth Marketing
- Experience producing both short-form (social) and long-form (product demos) video content
🎥 Video Production & Post-Production
- Motion graphics: Basic to advanced After Effects skills (or alternatives like Motion/Blender), Figma
- Cinematography: Framing, lighting, camera operation.
- Editing: Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
- Color grading & correction
- Sound design and mixing: Using tools like Adobe Audition or Logic Pro.
