We are looking for strong Product focused Senior ML Engineers that want to make a significant impact across product strategy and will take ownership for a key area of our product and make tech and strategic decisions that deliver world class user experiences.
A little bit about Userled: Currently c30 people, including 10 product engineers and 1 ML Engineer, with plans to continue hiring throughout 2025. Traditional marketing is inefficient. Userled helps B2B teams drive growth with AI-powered, hyper-personalised campaigns across all channels - faster, smarter, and more effective. We’re looking for engineers that want to get involved in building and optimising ML models (PyTorch, Transformers, Diffusers) and developing FastAPI backend services and LLM serving architectures.
