The role

  • Own marketing strategy and execution for the company.
  • Build pipeline through field events, partners, and campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Shape how we position ourselves in the market and work directly with the leadership team to scale what works.
  • Lead a small team plus freelancers, agencies, and AI agents to deliver outcomes that matter.

Your mission

  • Build the annual marketing plan and quarterly execution roadmap.
  • Run field events that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Write positioning that makes our value clear to buyers.
  • Own the metrics: pipeline conversion, revenue impact.
  • Partner with Sales to understand what closes deals and what doesn't.
  • Work with Product to launch features that customers actually want.
  • Build customer stories and case studies that help prospects make decisions.
  • Manage a team of 2-3 people plus external resources and AI tools.
  • Test campaigns and scale what works.
