The opportunity
As a Growth Manager (Panel), you will drive contributor acquisition and engagement strategies to scale UserTesting’s Contributor Network in EMEA. This high-impact role blends strategy and execution and requires a self-sufficient, proactive, and detail-oriented person who can focus on leveraging multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, build efficient, scalable growth initiatives, and communicate effectively. Experience driving campaigns internationally in non-English speaking markets is strongly preferred, as is experience managing marketing agencies to deploy and optimize acquisition campaigns. You’ll play a pivotal role in achieving UserTesting’s ambitious global growth targets by designing and implementing innovative approaches to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and execute data-driven contributor acquisition strategies to align with demand-side goals in EMEA.
- Own the top-of-funnel initiatives and optimize the channel mix, leveraging platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and affiliate networks, as well as localized strategies and messaging tailored to regional audiences.
- Plan, test, and scale paid and organic campaigns to drive acquisition while continuously optimizing for ROI.
- Collaborate with in-market and cross-functional teams (Product, Corporate Marketing, Data Science, and Design) to develop region-specific messaging and campaigns.
- Analyze contributor behavior, engagement, and retention to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage relationships with third-party marketing agencies and local partners, ensuring alignment with regional growth goals and budget efficiency.
- Work closely with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to improve funnel efficiency, tracking, and reporting capabilities.
- Present regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in Growth Marketing and/or Product Growth, B2C user acquisition, or within a two-sided marketplace. Proven experience in international and non-English speaking markets is highly preferred.
- Consumer-first mindset: A strong understanding of user needs and behaviors, focusing on delivering exceptional contributor experiences.
- Technical expertise: Strong understanding of product and digital growth strategies, including SEO, SEM, paid social, affiliate programs, and video advertising. Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
- Strategic thinker and executor: Demonstrated ability to define and execute growth strategies while managing multiple projects and priorities.
- Collaboration: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally in global teams.
- Language skills: Fluency in German and/or French is required, along with strong communication skills in English.
- Self-starter: Highly proactive, data-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with initiative in a fast-paced environment.
