The Opportunity

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by connecting with prospective customers and helping them understand the value of our platform. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to identify new opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing sales organization. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is motivated, curious, and eager to build a successful career in sales. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment where initiative, communication, and problem-solving are valued, while gaining exposure to modern sales strategies and customer engagement practices.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and create new sales opportunities within assigned target accounts and territories
  • Proactively engage prospective customers through phone, email, and other outreach channels
  • Execute an account-based go-to-market strategy in partnership with Account Executives
  • Build trusted relationships with prospects by understanding their business challenges and goals
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and support pipeline development
  • Maintain accurate activity tracking and consistently achieve weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Represent the company professionally as a first point of contact for prospective customers
Requirements
  • Native German speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience engaging with customers or prospects in a sales, business development, or customer-facing environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to uncover customer needs
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong interest in building a career in sales
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and confidently navigate objections
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Hybrid work environment with quarterly travel required
