Passionfruit is seeking an LLM Reliability Engineer to own the reliability layer of PIP, delivering trustworthy, production-ready AI experiences for users. You’ll sit near real user sessions, LLM traces and workflows, spotting silent failures and frustrated outputs to harden performance.
You will collaborate with product and engineering to translate observed friction into concrete prompt improvements, orchestration fixes, and retrieval enhancements, and you’ll build eval datasets and regression.
