Salary: £63,000 - 103,000 per year
Requirements:
- We require 6+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product.
- We require a Bachelors degree from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- We require hands-on experience in Agile Product Development.
- We require hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule.
- We require a strong understanding of GenAI fundamentals, including LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, hallucinations, bias, and accuracy.
- We require experience working with model APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Mistral.
- We require experience building or iterating on customer journeys using low-code/no-code tools and drag-and-drop automation platforms.
- We require the ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications.
- We require the ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision.
- We require fluency in English and Turkish.
Responsibilities:
- We are responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the products our engineering team builds.
- We lead cross-functional teams from product ideation through launch.
- We build product strategy that reflects Insiders vision.
- We articulate the business value to the product team so they understand the intent behind new products or product releases.
- We define the release process and coordinate the activities required to bring the product to market.
- We manage and prioritize product items.
- We own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas.
- We continuously benchmark, monitor, and understand market needs, competition, customer and user requirements, and emerging technologies.
- We define and analyze metrics to measure product or feature performance and customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements.
