We have established a worldwide client base and are seeking a Sales Development Representative to further accelerate our growth.

What’s the Role? We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our established and growing team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for handling inbound marketing leads and engaging key target accounts. You’ll play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by qualifying opportunities, identifying pain points, nurturing prospects, and passing these qualified leads to our Account Managers.

A successful SDR utilises different contact points to reach leads, can effectively build rapport and unearth key requirements, and has a mindset of continual development in order to improve processes and consistently meet targets. This role forms a crucial part of the overall sales process to ensure well qualified and primed leads form the overall sales funnel. We have a long track record of helping employees succeed, and our company structure makes it easy for you to feel part of the company journey with routes for future career development.

This is a great opportunity to join an established company that has a significant presence globally, meaning you’re well positioned to benefit from the existing momentum in the organisation and opportunity for professional progression internally.

Key Skill Requirements:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Empathy: A customer-centric mindset with the ability to listen actively and understand client needs, fully qualifying their requirements before progressing them through the sales cycle.
  • Experience: Knowledge of the cybersecurity and MSP / Reseller market is preferred, but not essential. Without this experience, it’s important to have an aptitude for understanding and clearly explaining various technical terminology.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to research, analyse, and tailor outreach strategies based on data and insights.
  • Drive to Succeed: Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website conversions, qualify their needs, and determine their potential fit for our solutions.

  • Relationship Building: Build rapport with prospects, understand their challenges, and position usecure as the ideal solution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads for further engagement and closing.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry challenges to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
  • Metrics Ownership: Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of public holidays), plus 5 additional days of annual leave after 1 year of service
  • Your birthday off, as well as the period between Christmas and New Year
  • Casual dress
