About the Role
Help shape the future of coaching at a fast-paced, mission-driven startup. We’re looking for a proactive, organised individual who’s not afraid of hard work and excited by the opportunity to make a real impact. This is a unique role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage environment — it’s not for the faint-hearted, but it is an exciting chance to help influence and shape how we deliver coaching at scale. This year we are creating emotionally intelligent, binge-worthy learning experiences for modern managers and leaders. Think group labs, AI copilot, and content that actually sticks. We’re in build mode bringing to life courses on leadership, feedback, team culture, and more.
We’re looking for a Content Intern to join our sprint. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the creation of smart, sharp learning content from sourcing film clips to helping structure reflection prompts.
You’ll help with:
- Researching visuals, quotes, examples, and pop culture clips
- Uploading and formatting content in Notion, Figma, or Google Slides
- Tidying and tagging AI prompts and coach notes
- Supporting scriptwriting and storyboarding with clear, structured input
- Keeping us organised as we build and ship fast
You’ll thrive here if:
- You’re curious, detail-oriented, and fast acting
- You love thinking about how people learn and grow
- You’re comfortable in tools like Notion, Google Drive, Canva, or Figma
- You make innovative content currently on TikTok or Instagram
- You are tapped into latest culture, content and understand what makes something viral
- You write clearly and think structurally
- You care about psychology, coaching, leadership, or learning
Nice-to-haves (but not essential):
- Studying or recently graduated in psychology, design, digital comms, or education
- Experience with short-form content, e-learning, or media production
- Interest in coaching, adult learning & development, or organisational culture
Details:
- 2–3 days/week, Jan–Feb 2026
- This is a hybrid (2 days a week in a co-working space) London-based role.
- Paid (based on experience)
- Chance to grow into a freelance content or producer role
To apply, send:
- A short note on why this caught your eye
- Any links, slides, or writing you’re proud of
This is a brilliant opportunity to get stuck in, learn fast, and contribute meaningfully to a team and product that’s growing quickly.
