You will be responsible for leading and executing a proven go to market sales process, demonstrating pipeline development and deal execution. The ideal candidate will value transparency and diversity, be driven to overachieve, be constantly curious, and have a passion for collaborating with, developing, and helping others.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospect into Chief People Officers/CHROs, Learning and Development leaders, and business leaders
  • Grow a customer pipeline by landing new clients through outbound prospecting
  • Manage the full sales cycle and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships (SDR, Customer Success, Head of Coaching)
  • Build a sales pipeline in Hubspot while maximising prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator and Apollo

What You’ll Bring To The Role:

  • 2+ years of quota‑carrying field sales experience with a focus on closing new workloads and expanding accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully expand existing accounts and sell horizontally across the organisation into different business units
  • A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
