What You will be doing:

  • Order Hero: Own the full cycle of website orders—picking, packing, and shipping with precision.
  • Systems & Admin: Process incoming orders and invoices through our internal systems and maintain accurate records.
  • B2B Support: Team up with the Logistics Manager to handle large-scale business-to-business orders.
  • Customer Connection: Manage email and phone enquiries, process payments, and help pick up overflow calls to ensure our customers always get a quick response.
  • Stock Guardian: Keep our inventory tight. You will assist with the annual stock take, manage seasonal rotations, and ensure our outlet store (B-grade and classic stock) is always accurate and up-to-date online.

  • Warehouse Expertise: You have a basic understanding of warehouse operations, fulfilment workflows, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Customer-First Mindset: With a background in customer service, you are comfortable jumping on the phone to represent our brand and assist customers with their enquiries.
  • Organisational Pro: You possess excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure every shipment deadline is met.
  • Collaborative Communicator: You enjoy working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to coordinate logistics and find fast solutions to daily challenges.
  • Adaptable & Practical: You can pivot quickly when priorities shift and are happy to handle the physical side of the role, including lifting, moving, and palletising goods when needed.
  • Systems & Stock Management: You are proficient in Office 365 and have a sharp eye for detail. While not essential, previous experience with stock control or inventory management processes is a definite plus.
