What You will be doing:
- Order Hero: Own the full cycle of website orders—picking, packing, and shipping with precision.
- Systems & Admin: Process incoming orders and invoices through our internal systems and maintain accurate records.
- B2B Support: Team up with the Logistics Manager to handle large-scale business-to-business orders.
- Customer Connection: Manage email and phone enquiries, process payments, and help pick up overflow calls to ensure our customers always get a quick response.
- Stock Guardian: Keep our inventory tight. You will assist with the annual stock take, manage seasonal rotations, and ensure our outlet store (B-grade and classic stock) is always accurate and up-to-date online.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Warehouse Expertise: You have a basic understanding of warehouse operations, fulfilment workflows, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Customer-First Mindset: With a background in customer service, you are comfortable jumping on the phone to represent our brand and assist customers with their enquiries.
