Usdaw is seeking an Equalities Researcher to join the Research and Policy Department at Head Office in Salford. The role is fully office-based, delivering information, advice and support on political, employment and social issues to Equalities Officers and Union officials.

The successful candidate will have a degree in a relevant area or equivalent research experience within the Trade Union and Labour Movement, plus strong planning, communication and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks.
