Salary: £35,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm)

You’ll be joining Usay Compare, the UK’s leading comparison service for Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance, and Income Protection. We make it easy for people to access the best policies on the market, working with top insurers to deliver expert advice and outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate monthly online and in-person training programs.
- Deliver engaging sessions that align with company and FCA regulatory standards.
- Offer 1:1 and group coaching, monitor progress, and ensure learners meet sales competence benchmarks.
- Create and update e-learning modules, facilitator guides, and interactive materials.
- Measure training effectiveness and adapt programs to support real-world skill transfer.
- Work with L&D, compliance, product teams, and senior stakeholders to keep content current and accurate.
- Stay updated on PMI developments and adult learning best practices.

- Confident presenter in both virtual and face-to-face environments
- Proficiency in MS Teams, PowerPoint, and digital tools

- Competence-based assessment and performance coaching (1:1 & group)
- Formal training qualification (e.g., CIPD, Train the Trainer)
